FBA: Family businesses dominate the regional economy. Most family businesses do not address issues like succession planning, family council, role of spouses, employing family members in the business, compensation, retirement etc. in a scientific basis. Family Business Academy is developed as a Resource center for all family businesses. This will serve as a common platform for interaction and also offer education, research and consulting in all areas relating to the family business.

Charity Blood Bank: The group has developed a charity blood bank, the largest in the region, which ensure availability of quality blood and blood products to anyone at no cost.
